With an array of financing options to select from, you must understand which option best suites you.

Federal Housing Administration Loans
FHA loans typically have lower down payment requirements than other types of loans.
Apply for either an adjustable rate or a fixed rate loan. Adjustable rate loan payments change from month to month coinciding with the federal interest rate changes. Fixed rate loan payments remain the same from month to month for the entire life of the loan (this is the option we recommend).

Veterans Affairs Loans
Guaranteed by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, VA loans allow long-term financing to eligible American veterans or their surviving spouses.

Convention Mortgage
Conventional loans are provided by banks or credit institutions. If you have good to excellent credit, these loans could cost less for you than FHA or VA loans.
Once you have decided want loan best fits you, apply for the loan to get pre-approved. After pre-approval you will know what you can afford.

Are there enough bedrooms? Will this floor plan fit your needs and wants? Do you like this style of home? Will the home need renovations? Is the location ideal for my lifestyle? Step 4: Making an Offer

Step 5: Finalizing the Deal
Once our offer is accepted, the seller's agent will send us the contract. We will then; review the contract, finalize the paperwork, submit your mortgage applications to your lender, sign the papers and close the deal.
