Turning Point Realty Group was founded in 2009 and and has since blossomed in to a group of professionals who consistently rank in the top 5% of Brokers in Lane County.
We have a wide variety of in-house talents to round out our services from transaction management to marketing.

Tyler is a life-long resident of Lane County. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Psychology.
He knew that sales was his calling as far back as as the days he was going door-to-door with candy bars for a school fundraiser. When he began his career in real estate, Tyler was honored with the Rookie of the Year award and was routinely counted among the Top 10 Brokers he works with, before branching out on his own.
In his free time you can find him reeling in Steelhead or Tuna, or kicking back with his wife Karla and their two kids.

Apryl is a long-time resident of Eugene and originally from Southern Oregon. She attended the University of Oregon and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and Business.
Apryl has been with Turning Point Realty Group since 2010 and is an irreplaceable part of our team. She manages transactions from start to closing, negotiates short sales, and tenderly guides our clients through the process of buying and selling real estate.
When she's not saving the day, Apryl loves to travel the world and spend time with her family.
Arlean joined our team in 2015 and her primary role is assisting Principal Brokers in the office.
An office assistant by day and a Cabi stylist by night, Arlean loves to cook, read, travel and go to the movies with friends and family.
